What you will do

  • Configure and program NICE AI, NLU, ACD, IVR, ASR, and CRM integration solutions.
  • Lead the design and end-to-end development of AI and bot applications.
  • Optimize and maintain generative and legacy AI models for enterprise clients.
  • Provide expert business analysis and consultative support during client engagements.
  • Mentor project teams and assist in the development of documentation for new digital products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year in digital channels or AI/Bot software applications.
  • Proven technical expertise in AI configuration, programming, and API/CRM integrations.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and automation principles.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Deep familiarity with generative AI models and NLU techniques.
  • Experience with enterprise software change control and risk analysis.
