What you will do
- Configure and program NICE AI, NLU, ACD, IVR, ASR, and CRM integration solutions.
- Lead the design and end-to-end development of AI and bot applications.
- Optimize and maintain generative and legacy AI models for enterprise clients.
- Provide expert business analysis and consultative support during client engagements.
- Mentor project teams and assist in the development of documentation for new digital products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year in digital channels or AI/Bot software applications.
- Proven technical expertise in AI configuration, programming, and API/CRM integrations.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and automation principles.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
