What you will do

  • Lead organizational design workstreams within large and complex transformation programs.
  • Shape organizational design approaches aligned to client strategy and context.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders.
  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and decision forums focused on organizational design.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of organizational design deliverables.
  • Coach and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants within organizational design teams.

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering organization design and operating model engagements.
  • Proven track record of leading workstreams within complex consulting programmes.
  • Deep organizational design expertise and experience leading OD and operating model work.
  • Senior client advisory skills and credibility in advising senior leaders.
  • Structured problem-solving abilities and facilitation excellence in senior-level discussions.
  • Background in consulting or a comparable internal organizational design role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
