What you will do
- Develop pre-defined data structures for automated analysis of large-scale CX interactions across audio, chat, email, and social channels.
- Validate data structures to meet high standards of precision and recall.
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to test and provide feedback on evolving data toolsets.
- Translate client requirements into successful build and execution plans.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for clients and educate internal consulting teams on data solutions and best practices.
- Support deployments and data innovation projects across the Enlighten AI suite.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA.
- 5+ years of consultative program management or business intelligence and analytics experience.
- Proficiency in building and analyzing datasets for operational outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Expertise in creating polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
