What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of overseas player communities and official social media channels.
- Support player recruitment for interviews, playtests, and surveys.
- Maintain player databases, survey platforms, and coordinate the distribution of player incentives.
- Explore and implement new channels to reach and engage with players globally.
- Coordinate research project logistics including scheduling and follow-ups with participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English (TOEFL 90+ or equivalent) fluency required.
- Genuine interest in gaming communities and player behavior.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to communicate across time zones and outside of standard working hours.
- Proactive usage of AI tools for content generation and process automation.
