What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of overseas player communities and official social media channels.
  • Support player recruitment for interviews, playtests, and surveys.
  • Maintain player databases, survey platforms, and coordinate the distribution of player incentives.
  • Explore and implement new channels to reach and engage with players globally.
  • Coordinate research project logistics including scheduling and follow-ups with participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English (TOEFL 90+ or equivalent) fluency required.
  • Genuine interest in gaming communities and player behavior.
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution and coordination skills.
  • Flexibility to communicate across time zones and outside of standard working hours.
  • Proactive usage of AI tools for content generation and process automation.
