What you will do
- Drive sales and revenue growth for Trading, Trust, and Custody solutions in the retirement and wealth industry.
- Establish and maintain key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and cross-sell services.
- Lead the sales process from origination to close, including presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and support teams to provide expertise.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and travel frequently to client and prospect sites.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the retirement industry.
- Existing network of relationships in the retirement industry.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to build and foster senior executive-level relationships and navigate complex organizations.
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
