What you will do
- Design and lead corporate social impact programs including volunteering and skills-based initiatives.
- Develop and implement DEI strategies to embed inclusion across company policies and employee experiences.
- Structure, launch, and manage global sustainability initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Define KPIs, track program impact, and translate data into strategic improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, ESG, and Communications teams globally.
- Create clear narratives about social impact for employees, leadership, and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and leading corporate social impact programs and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to help develop and operationalize DEI initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong program leadership skills with experience managing global initiatives.
- Ability to define impact metrics and translate insights into strategic improvements.
