What you will do

  • Design and lead corporate social impact programs including volunteering and skills-based initiatives.
  • Develop and implement DEI strategies to embed inclusion across company policies and employee experiences.
  • Structure, launch, and manage global sustainability initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Define KPIs, track program impact, and translate data into strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, ESG, and Communications teams globally.
  • Create clear narratives about social impact for employees, leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in designing and leading corporate social impact programs and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to help develop and operationalize DEI initiatives within a corporate environment.
  • Strong program leadership skills with experience managing global initiatives.
