Location: Hybrid in Tutzing, Germany (2-3 days per week onsite) or fully remote from Germany (Bavaria), Denmark, Sweden, or the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and recruit high-potential partners across the Nordic region, aligning with Lobster’s ideal partner profile.
  • Lead the entire partner onboarding journey, from initial contracting to operational readiness.
  • Act as the primary mentor during the early partner lifecycle, coordinating essential training and providing necessary materials.
  • Drive a structured 12-month acceleration model, actively co-selling to achieve partners' first commercial success.
  • Manage the handover process for mature partners to regional Partner Sales Executives.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Revenue Operations to maintain accurate CRM data and provide insights into ecosystem growth.

Requirements

  • Multi-year experience in sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Proven history of closing deals or directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and possess the drive to build new structures and commercial processes from scratch.
  • Thrive on execution and measurable results.
  • Highly proactive and organized, with confidence to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
