What you will do

  • Set high standards for craft by shaping developer tools and intuitive design systems.
  • Champion a builder culture, fostering early exploration and quick validation of ideas.
  • Define operating principles for design tooling and systems scalability across product pillars.
  • Establish clear success metrics tied to activation, extensibility, and long-term platform growth.
  • Partner closely with engineering to co-create solutions and build trust across disciplines.
  • Communicate design systems and developer tools' critical impact to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, including 3+ years managing and leading teams.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered workflows or designing systems incorporating LLMs, code generation, or agentic automation.
  • Demonstrate strong systems thinking, comfortable designing primitives over just features.
  • Portfolio of shipped software products with significant business and customer impact.
  • Mastery of organizational influence and collaborative execution in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, adept at storytelling.
