Loan Processing Administrator with 1-3 years experience in Australian mortgage space required for a leading mortgage brokerage firm.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in Australian mortgage processing, credit analysis, or broker support
  • Strong understanding of AU lending policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline and/or lender systems
  • Hands-on experience with ordering valuations and completing lender pricing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesTrekker, Mercury, MyCRM, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confident in coordinating directly with clients, with the ability to build rapport and handle one-on-one interactions with clients both via phone and email.
