What you will do

  • Lead the design of the TO-BE enterprise architecture blueprint covering core banking decoupling and middleware layers.
  • Produce ArchiMate-compliant architecture artefacts including landscape models and transition roadmaps.
  • Define API-first strategies, governance frameworks, and event-driven topologies using Kafka.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to assess current-state architecture and identify technological gaps.
  • Provide architectural oversight across workstreams and review technical designs for target compliance.
  • Support Technology Architecture Board submissions for new platform approvals and system changes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with 5+ years specifically in banking or financial services.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ArchiMate, TOGAF, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Proven track record designing distributed, cloud-native architectures in financial environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS, and integration services.
  • Deep expertise in API design, OAuth2/OIDC, and event-driven patterns like Kafka or Service Bus.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • TOGAF 9 or 10 certifications.
  • Familiarity with IBM ACE, Camunda BPM, or Apigee.
  • Knowledge of EU financial regulations such as DORA, GDPR, or PSD2.
