What you will do
- Monitor financial performance across cost centers and business units with clear variance analysis.
- Lead financial tracking for automation and supply chain projects, including margin analysis and revenue recognition.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes.
- Act as a finance business partner to project and operational teams to identify risks.
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and align reporting with Group standards.
- Support internal and external audits and improve financial processes within SAP.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Solid knowledge of local GAAP.
- Strong analytical mindset and financial modelling skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and commercial teams.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced financial qualification.
- Experience in project-based or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Proficiency in German.
