What you will do

  • Monitor financial performance across cost centers and business units with clear variance analysis.
  • Lead financial tracking for automation and supply chain projects, including margin analysis and revenue recognition.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes.
  • Act as a finance business partner to project and operational teams to identify risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAP and align reporting with Group standards.
  • Support internal and external audits and improve financial processes within SAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Solid knowledge of local GAAP.
  • Strong analytical mindset and financial modelling skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and commercial teams.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced financial qualification.
  • Experience in project-based or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of IFRS.
  • Proficiency in German.
