What you will do
- Serve as the primary on-site escalation point for complex L2/L3 technical issues.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
- Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, and tracking.
- Maintain local office infrastructure, including networking equipment, printers, and AV systems.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
- Lead or participate in technical projects such as office upgrades and process automation.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Must be able to work on-site in Warsaw.
- Demonstrated experience in IT support with L2/L3 responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or SCCM).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
