What you will do

  • Serve as the primary on-site escalation point for complex L2/L3 technical issues.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, and tracking.
  • Maintain local office infrastructure, including networking equipment, printers, and AV systems.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
  • Lead or participate in technical projects such as office upgrades and process automation.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Must be able to work on-site in Warsaw.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT support with L2/L3 responsibilities.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or SCCM).
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.
