- Manage the full onboarding cycle for high-risk merchants.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Lead and coordinate the work of onboarding specialists.
- Ensure merchants are onboarded in accordance with requirements and standards.
- Analyze onboarding bottlenecks and continuously optimize internal processes.
- Support the development of scalable onboarding frameworks for high-risk verticals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers.
- Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
- Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
- Experience managing or coordinating teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex onboarding cases simultaneously.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to delegate, guide, and support teams.
