What you will do

  • Contribute to building AI agents that interact with internal tools, APIs, and data systems.
  • Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic retrieval.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure LLM response quality.
  • Set up monitoring and observability for AI workloads to track system health and performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML, and platform engineers to integrate AI systems.
  • Experiment with new AI frameworks and orchestration tools to improve the platform.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or backend development.
  • Proficiency in Python and backend service development.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, or chatbot applications.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing and debugging.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as Hugging Face or PyTorch.
