What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets within the Spanish Public Sector.
  • Engage and build relationships with C-level stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers in government and health sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to contract closure and ongoing account management.
  • Navigate and utilize Spanish Public Sector procurement policies and frameworks.
  • Partner with internal teams, MSPs, and technology alliances to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically closing SaaS solutions within the Spanish Public Sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow new business pipeline with strategic, long-term focus.
  • Deep understanding of Spanish government IT initiatives, procurement frameworks, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding annual and quarterly sales bookings targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at the C-level.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
