What you will do
- Analyze product usage, sales performance, and operational data
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and internal teams
- Support sales and product teams with data-driven insights
- Evaluate new initiatives, features, and process improvements
- Work with structured datasets from CRM, product analytics, and internal systems
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Location: Remote-first across Europe (CET ±3 preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau)
- Analytical mindset and curiosity about business operations
- English: Fluent
