What you will do
- Lead design vision, strategy, and execution for the mobile app experience
- Own end-to-end design process from exploration to delivery in the engagement team
- Use AI tools to enhance design scope and productivity
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers
- Operate with startup agility: rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Engage with users to ground design decisions in real-world needs
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid from German offices
- 4+ years of product design experience focused on mobile apps, preferably B2B or B2B2C
- Strong skills in visual, interaction, and UX design with prototyping experience
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code
- Ability to work in fast iteration and experimentation environments
- Self-driven with responsibility for driving work forward independently
