What you will do
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experiences
- Contribute to people projects such as AI adoption, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Berlin office including supplies and vendor coordination
- Plan and execute office events, team lunches, and culture moments
- Assist with workplace projects related to the new Berlin office setup
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Germany
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- English: Clear and confident communication required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with tools like Notion and Google Workspace
