What you will do
- Play a key role in all project phases for customer interaction solutions.
- Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements and craft technical concept documentation.
- Advise customers and partners on solutions, ensuring feasibility, and delivering professional presentations.
- Focus on development and implementation of interface integrations (e.g., WebServices, REST, JSON).
- Develop expertise in Contact Center (CC) and Conversational AI (CAI) domain knowledge.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with customers and project partners.
Requirements
- Experience in conducting customer workshops and creating technical concept documentation.
- Willingness to dive deep into at least one target platform (Genesys, Cognigy, Parloa), including interface development, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies like WebServices, REST, JSON, JavaScript, AWS, OAuth, SCIM, VoIP/SIP.
- Ability to communicate effectively in German and English with customers and partners (B2/C1).
- Desire to develop expertise in Contact Center and/or Conversational AI domain.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (MS Teams, Azure, Entra).
- Knowledge of LLM and Prompting.
