Salary: EUR 3,000 + performance bonuses (paid after probation)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering & Product roles, including senior and niche technical profiles.
  • Proactively headhunt and source candidates across European markets, building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers on calibration, market benchmarking, and realistic timelines.
  • Drive structured interview processes, leveraging AI and modern sourcing tools to improve speed and quality.
  • Maintain strong ATS hygiene and contribute to building our employer brand across the Tech community.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to tech hiring.
  • Proven success hiring engineers and product profiles in Europe.
  • Strong sourcing mindset and comfort in reaching out to passive candidates daily.
  • Experience owning senior and leadership searches (EM, Director level).
  • Ability to convey hiring insights backed by data.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
