What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end volume recruitments, primarily for advisor and sales roles.
  • Work closely and strategically with business stakeholders to attract talent.
  • Ensure high-quality recruitment processes and hiring decisions.
  • Contribute through knowledge sharing and participation in Nordic development initiatives.
  • Work closely with the local Volume team on operational recruitments in the Danish market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading end-to-end recruitments.
  • Relevant academic degree in HR or a related field.
  • A proven track record of independently and successfully managing stakeholders.
  • Experience with competence-based interview technique and psychometric tests.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve recruitment processes.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
