What you will do
- Drive revenue from sales of PacBio instruments and consumables within the defined territory.
- Exceed sales objectives and build a pipeline of future opportunities to ensure territory growth.
- Qualify and develop new sales opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans and coordinate field teams.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and economic buyers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate product capabilities effectively.
Requirements
- Must have current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Home office must be within proximity to a major airport in the US.
- Scientific or technical degree required.
- Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in life sciences or clinical research markets.
- Experience in capital equipment sales and territory management.
- Strong communication and technical sales presentation skills.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
