  • Own the recruiting process from sourcing through close, ensuring a thoughtful and warm candidate experience.
  • Build strong and strategic partnerships with Engineering to ensure the right talent is hired at the right time.
  • Develop and lead creative, multi-channel recruiting strategies that raise the talent bar while staying disciplined and intentional about diversity and inclusion.
  • Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering recruiting experience, ideally with a blend of experience building zero-to-one and hiring at scale.
  • A track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team multiplier who brings a Notion-first mentality and a positive attitude.
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
