What you will do

  • Dock cross-departmental needs and convert them into standardized product requirement documents.
  • Design architecture and manage full-lifecycle function iteration of complex procurement systems.
  • Optimize and integrate procurement systems with ERP systems, streamlining business processes.
  • Build core indicator systems for procurement products and drive iteration strategies through data analysis.
  • Analyze industry trends and business pain points to develop feasible product planning schemes.
  • Promote digital and intelligent upgrading across the entire procurement process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • More than 5 years of B-end product manager experience, with more than 3 years in the procurement/supply chain field.
  • Experience in large-scale system design or implementation.
  • Ability to independently complete the abstraction and modeling of complex business processes.
  • Strong project management, communication, and coordination capabilities.
  • Proficient in driving product decisions through data analysis.

Nice to have

  • Skilled in prototype tools such as Axure, Figma, or Mo Dao.
  • Understanding of system integration concepts like API/microservices.
  • Major in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with procurement products in Internet enterprises.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL/Tableau.
