What you will do

  • Develop and execute B2B/B2B2C partnerships strategy for Türkiye, focusing on student acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships including customer loyalty programs, HR benefits platforms, and corporate companies.
  • Identify, approach, negotiate, and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements to generate measurable commercial results.
  • Research and secure bulk purchase agreements with private schools, educational institutions, and learning centers.
  • Lead negotiations on partnership terms, ensure successful lead-to-account conversion, and coordinate onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize ROI.

Requirements

  • Long-lasting sales experience with demonstrated results.
  • Outstanding understanding of the Turkish market.
  • Great command of Turkish (C2) and English (C1) languages.
