What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end CRM strategy across all lifecycle stages to boost activation and monetization.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel flows including push, email, in-app, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and ML teams to design experiments and scale AI-driven personalization.
  • Analyze performance using advanced metrics like LTV, uplift, and incrementality.
  • Manage the global CRM roadmap to ensure cross-team alignment and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing for high-growth digital products (marketplaces, mobility, or fintech).
  • Expertise in segmentation, messaging logic, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ESP/CDP platforms like Braze or Bloomreach.
  • Solid data literacy, including proficiency in SQL and ability to work with predictive/ML-based targeting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
