What you will do

  • Own and deliver brand design work across a wide range of touchpoints, including campaigns, digital assets, presentations, landing pages, and marketing materials.
  • Create compelling visual concepts aligned with JOIN’s brand and tailored to different audiences, formats, and objectives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of JOIN's brand system, helping build consistency while keeping room for creativity and speed.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth and other cross functional stakeholders to develop high quality and effective campaign assets.
  • Bring structure to design execution by thinking in systems.
  • Translate briefs into clear, thoughtful design solutions with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or a similar role in a fast paced environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand system thinking across multiple touchpoints, not just isolated visuals.
  • Experience working in campaign driven marketing environments, where design supports clear business and communication goals.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Confidence owning projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency.
