What you will do
- Lead the delivery of network projects including switch refreshes, firewalls, and cloud connectivity.
- Identify and resolve performance issues across complex systems.
- Provide escalation support for network-related incidents.
- Produce clear procedural documentation for technical colleagues and customers.
- Collaborate with carriers and third parties to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to project planning and share knowledge within the network team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working independently with network technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco hardware including Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, and ASA.
- Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and VLANs.
- Experience with WAN, MPLS, VPN, and wireless systems like Meraki.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Zabbix.
