What you will do
- Orchestrate autonomous AI agents to build and deploy new features from UX to database.
- Architect scalable solutions and foundational patterns for travel portal launches.
- Identify and execute improvements to the codebase to enhance agent safety and speed.
- Drive technical decisions and documentation asynchronously by leveraging AI tools.
- Collaborate closely with PMs and cross-functional teams to refine product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico for this remote role.
- Proven ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows for system architecture and maintenance.
- Expertise in designing technical guardrails and feedback loops for AI-driven development.
- Experience with or strong willingness to master distributed system development in Scala.
- Strong product thinking with a customer-centric approach to quality and architecture.

- Experience in high-load distributed systems.
