What you will do

  • Establish requirements and develop internal business tools and dashboards focusing on accessibility, security, and usability
  • Leverage databases and information sources to support critical decision-making
  • Support executive and technical teams by automating reporting and reducing manual processes
  • Develop tools and systems for customer and dealer support to improve business management and efficiency
  • Create automation solutions such as macros, templates, and data integration
  • Assist with customer and dealer centric Condition Monitoring reporting projects

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite full-time at Peoria, Illinois, USA
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of business analysis, software engineering, and software problem management
  • Experience with databases, reporting tools, and user acceptance testing
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Visa sponsorship is not available

Nice to have

  • Experience engaging with customers and Caterpillar dealers
  • Background in cross-functional project teamwork and stakeholder presentations
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, macros, programming, and Caterpillar industry data sources
