What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage Data Center IT Managers within the assigned region.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for regional IT operations.
- Oversee regional IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and GPU clusters.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
- Drive operational standards, automation, and documentation across data centers.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-site or regional data center operations.
- 8+ years of experience in data center IT operations, including hands-on infrastructure support.
- 5+ years of proven people management experience, leading managers or large technical teams.
- Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) or GPU-based environments.
- Strong background in server hardware, enterprise networking, and data center technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and operational support processes.
Nice to have
- ITIL, PMI, or similar professional certifications.
- Driving License (Category B).
