What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Director, Licensing to determine strategic objectives and contribute to IP Licensing revenue growth.
  • Support the development and execution of retail and licensing strategies to drive product placement, marketing, engagement, and sales.
  • Build and manage relationships with external retailers and licensees, communicating key IP updates.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including prospecting for new partners and presenting pitches.
  • Negotiate licensing agreements and ensure partners operate in full compliance with brand, legal, and business guidelines.
  • Contribute to building retail placement grids, program tracking documents, and financial tracking for programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in licensing, retail, or a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in reviewing licensing contracts and fluency in negotiating key business terms.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to large audiences and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry, including modern gaming, retailer insights, and sales trends.
  • Proficient in planning, project management, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop/Illustrator, Outlook).
