What you will do
- Lead end-to-end CI/CD platform strategy across multiple product teams.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Drive DevSecOps best practices, including SAST, DAST, and compliance automation.
- Optimize cloud costs, resource utilization, and system observability.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and lead incident response and postmortem processes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in the DevOps domain with public cloud platforms (AWS).
- Proven expertise in Kubernetes and deployment technologies like Helm, Kustomize, or ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in development languages such as Go, Ruby, or Python.
- Deep understanding of CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and software supply chain security.
- Strong background in architecting platform solutions and conceptualizing new frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
