What you will do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, long-term relationships through professional and responsive service.
  • Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and monitor progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and ensure smooth handovers during shift transitions.
  • Accurately document all client communications and relay information to relevant teams.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, or delays early and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above with up to one year of customer service experience (relevant internships welcome).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including overnight duties.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by service needs.
