What you will do

  • Lead and manage the full end-to-end bid and tender process for high-value pursuits.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop clear, winning strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive the organizational shift toward a proactive, strategic pursuits-led model.
  • Oversee the production of high-impact proposals, pitches, and tender materials.
  • Coach and mentor team members on presentation best practices and proposal writing.
  • Analyze win/loss data to identify improvement trends and implement best-practice processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a bid or pursuits function within professional or financial services.
  • Strong track record of implementing bid best practices and improving conversion win rates.
  • Expertise in managing complex, high-value tenders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in bid management tools.
  • English proficiency: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
