- Lead and manage the full end-to-end bid and tender process for high-value pursuits.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop clear, winning strategies aligned with business priorities.

- Oversee the production of high-impact proposals, pitches, and tender materials.
- Coach and mentor team members on presentation best practices and proposal writing.
- Analyze win/loss data to identify improvement trends and implement best-practice processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a bid or pursuits function within professional or financial services.
- Strong track record of implementing bid best practices and improving conversion win rates.
- Expertise in managing complex, high-value tenders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in bid management tools.
- English proficiency: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
