What you will do

  • Assess training needs through performance analysis, employee surveys, and communication with management.
  • Coordinate, organize, and administer learning and development interventions and training records.
  • Manage the learning management system and support end-users.
  • Liaise with external training providers and the Human Resources Development Authority for training schemes and subsidies.
  • Evaluate the success of learning interventions using feedback and assessment methods.
  • Prepare L&D reports to track progress and measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar L&D role.
  • Proven experience administering L&D software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Experience with Exelsys Human Capital Software.
