What you will do

  • Engage with customers to understand technical and business needs, building trusted relationships.

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, partner ecosystem, and customer success teams to drive solution adoption.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and participate in marketing efforts such as presentations and technical speaking engagements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to differentiating SUSE solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture focused on enterprise software.
  • Practical skills with Linux, open-source software, cloud computing, and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences including CXO level.
  • Experience creating technical demonstrations and whitepapers illustrating product value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience delivering scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines and technical validation.
