What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring they achieve goals and maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between various go-to-market functions, addressing product-related questions and resolving technical scenarios.
  • Recommend product enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Assist Customer Success team with accounting-related questions and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape to support sales and partnership teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years pre-sales experience with proven leadership qualities.
  • 4+ years of people management experience required.
  • Proven record of success as a Solutions Consultant and manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation and ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • About 25% travel required.

Nice to have

  • Prior user experience of FloQast or other month end close software.
  • Accounting systems implementation and/or user experience with ERPs, Payroll Software, etc.
