Salary: $105K to 130K with 15% STIP

What you will do
- Execute segment-specific strategies to streamline and consolidate the supplier base.
- Select and manage strategic partners for long-term, value-driven relationships.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with strategic partners.
- Set and monitor KPIs and continuously seek improvement and innovation within the segment.
- Implement risk management practices and ensure strategic partners meet compliance and ESG standards.
- Drive organizational change towards a consolidated supplier base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong purchasing capabilities including negotiation, supplier relationship management.
- Excellent understanding of risk management and have solid financial acumen.
- Clear strategic mindset including analytical skills, data management, and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
