What you will do

  • Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using a mix of modern and legacy technologies, including React, jQuery, Underscore, and Bootstrap.
  • Create reusable components, shared libraries, and effective state-management solutions.
  • Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate front-end systems with backend APIs following best practices.
  • Carry out code reviews, promote coding standards, and support good development practices.
  • Identify architectural gaps, suggest technical improvements, and support technical decisions.
  • Work closely with product and backend teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex defects, system issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Strong front-end development experience across both modern and legacy frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and libraries such as jQuery and Underscore.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as React alongside older systems.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and LESS.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of development workflows, Agile delivery, and GitHub version control.
  • Experience integrating with backend APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Jira.
