What you will do
- Partner with Market Unit leaders to translate pipeline and strategy into forward-looking staffing plans.
- Provide transparency on capacity, bench, and capability gaps to support informed business decisions.
- Align project staffing with commercial priorities, development goals, and long-term capability needs.
- Own and facilitate resolution of staffing trade-offs across Market Units and Practices.
- Continuously improve staffing governance, processes, data quality, and steering mechanisms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing in a professional services environment and 10+ years of relevant industry background.
- Proven ownership mindset with the drive to proactively steer topics, challenge the status quo, and deliver results.
- Strategic thinker who navigates ambiguity and balances competing interests with sound judgment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret pipeline, revenue dynamics, and supply/demand data.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, resolve competing priorities, and drive alignment across teams.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
