What you will do
- Build a knowledge base of the client’s business, organization, and objectives.
- Manage project tightly end to end, ensuring quality assurance on day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders, ensuring effective expectation setting and management of client communications.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Prepare and actively participate in project reviews with client and senior management.
- Work with the Project Director in developing value-added reporting to our client and ensure all reporting is accurate and complete.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting with experience managing a recruiting team.
- Prior experience in hiring for Technology, Sales, and Corporate Functions within the Tech space would be an advantage.
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with SLAs/SOW as it relates to our business.
- Computer proficiency, specifically MS Office Suite and ideally a range of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with the client and in large group settings in English.
