What you will do

  • Lead and coach the Platform UX team to foster a culture of agile iteration, growth, and innovation.
  • Drive the creation and execution of user experience strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership partners to provide the insights and resources necessary for team success.
  • Provide strategic input to help prioritize development tasks and business goals effectively.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, and overall workflow efficiency.
  • Actively contribute as a hands-on designer while providing high-level management and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of professional experience in user experience roles.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a director-level position.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design practices and design systems.
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative UX research and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability in product strategy and business acumen.
