What you will do
- Deliver best-in-class recruitment services to a global Technology client.
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring quality assurance and attainment of KPIs and SLAs.
- Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Prepare and actively participate in project reviews with client and senior management.
- Ensure all systems are updated on a timely basis and conduct quality checks for data accuracy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting, with prior experience managing a recruiting team.
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
- Prior experience in hiring for Technology, Sales, and Corporate Functions within the Tech space is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SLAs/SOW and recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
- Computer proficiency, specifically MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- English: C1+ required for clear, concise, and persuasive communication with clients and in large group settings.
- Work format: Hybrid model (2 days onsite at Depot Road, Singapore; 3 days WFH) is mandatory.
