What you will do
- Work closely with customers to bring LLM-applications to production.
- Collaborate on a wide variety of LLM-apps, including concierge search and agentic co-pilots.
- Give technical demos and lead trainings/workshops on LangChain's product suite.
- Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to win deals.
- Translate customer insights and feedback into product improvements for engineering.
- Lead internal and external special projects to dogfood new products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role (software or customer engineering).
- Love working with customers or aspiring to be a future founder.
- Strong engineering background with a bent towards action and service orientation.
- Comfortable presenting best practices to larger teams.
- Must be located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LangChain or building with LLMs.
