What you will do
- Monitor UAM operational performance to ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and business KPIs.
- Design and improve UAM operational processes and workflows for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to onboard new systems into centralized UAM procedures.
- Track and report automation improvements within UAM procedures to management.
- Support GRC teams during internal and external audits by delivering evidence of effective access controls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UAM-related process questions and escalations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management and access lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience working within GRC, security operations, or regulated environments.
- Ability to monitor and interpret KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics effectively.
- Familiarity with audit requirements such as ISO 27001, PCI, SOC, or SOX.
- Process-oriented mindset focused on standardization, automation, and control effectiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills to operate across technical and non-technical teams.
