What you will do

  • Define and develop wireless communication system architectures ensuring optimal hardware and software integration.
  • Lead hardware/software partitioning decisions to optimize performance, power, and cost.
  • Collaborate on VLSI hardware architecture and provide system-level requirements for chip design.
  • Define system architecture requirements for real-time software and firmware development.
  • Lead technical activities and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.
  • Author comprehensive technical requirements, specifications, and design documents.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Israel (Petah-Tikva or Haifa) or able to work on-site as part of a hybrid model.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in wireless communication systems design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in hardware/software partitioning and system optimization.
  • Knowledge of VLSI hardware architecture, real-time software development, and embedded systems.
  • Technical leadership experience and proficiency in requirements writing and documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with wireless standards such as 802.11 (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, 5G/LTE, or emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of wireless signal processing and system modeling/simulation tools.
  • Experience working in cross-functional development environments.
