What you will do

  • Conceptualize and develop complex solutions for pharma commercial analytics and business intelligence.
  • Lead the response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to secure new project opportunities.
  • Create high-impact presentations and documentation to articulate value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and subject matter experts to pitch and cross-sell solutions.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover of finalized projects from the sales phase to delivery teams.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes including meetings, conferences, and external partner coordination.

Requirements

  • MBA or postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial dynamics, sales/marketing analytics, and market intelligence.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting pharma clients in the US or EU markets.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for high-stakes presentations.
  • Familiarity with complex project lifecycles and RFP/RFI processes.
