Client Account Executive (Sales): Growing and retaining a book of mid-market advertisers in the Services segment with an accent on driving strategic sales conversations and campaign execution. Focus on advising clients on scaling on Reddit, cultivating strong relationships with a customer-first mindset, and shaping scaled sales methodologies for the Client Account Executive role.

Location: Required to work in person from our Toronto office 1–2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, serving as the main point of contact for clients and agencies.
  • Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through client consultation and performance analysis.
  • Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, data, and industry context.
  • Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve client advertising objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual – with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
