What you will do
- Own the demand waterfall from target account identification to opportunity creation in partnership with Sales.
- Develop and execute integrated, content-driven campaigns across digital and field marketing channels.
- Manage high-impact field programs, including executive roundtables and industry conferences, ensuring systematic pre/post-event engagement.
- Optimize the martech stack and leverage GTM tools for data enrichment, personalization, and campaign automation.
- Drive pipeline velocity and deal quality through rigorous performance analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine audience-first narratives that translate technical insights into actionable business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of integrated marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven expertise in demand generation strategy, including ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase) and marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo).
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of optimizing budgets based on ROI and data-driven metrics.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Product teams.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in London, UK, three days per week.
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward experimentation and adoption of new technologies, including AI.
